Munashe

An Intercape initiative was the formation of the I-Equip Foundation. Through this foundation, we endeavor to empower and uplift people through the transfer of skills.  In 2010 Intercape assisted in the formation of two BEE companies, namely  Munashe Transport Services and Oyama  Cleaning  and Security Services.  Munashe Transport Services recruit and manage drivers and hostesses; while all cleaning, security and porters are recruited and managed by Oyama Cleaning and Security Services, who   specialize in the cleaning and security of offices, workshops, sleeping    quarters and open yard spaces.

Their vision is to grow profitable companies which will be active role-players in the business market through perseverance and faith in  Jesus Christ.  As an enterprise development initiative, they strive towards independence, a stable working environment and the upliftment of  people spiritually and financially in order to establish them in God’s Kingdom on earth.

They believe in creating a stable and peaceful working environment where they choose to focus on problem solving through a fair and positive attitude.  They undertake to encourage and foster creative entrepreneurship for the growth of future enterprises.   Their strategy is to promote and support ideas that can turn into a profitable growing business by mentoring and coaching the staff on all levels.
