Welcome to Munashe

Munashe Training and HR Services, a BEE Company, was established in 2010.  Our vision is to grow a profitable company which will be an active role-player in the business market.  As an enterprise development initiative, Munashe strives towards independence, a stable working environment and the upliftment of people.

Munashe is fully compliant with the requirements of the B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice and all relevant criteria therein for the recognition of Enterprise Development Contributions, and to be a Company’s Enterprise Development partner. Munashe is rated as BBBEE level 4 and is owned by the Izandlazenkosi Trust which is a Broad Based Ownership trust rated as a B-BBEE level 1.

Phase 1 of Munashe’s development was the recruitment and outsourcing of Professional Drivers and Cabin Attendants for Intercape Ferreira Mainliner, an intercity passenger transport operator.  This phase was successful and Munashe has grown to over 200 outsourced staff members.

In 2014 Munashe re-aligned and strengthened its infra-structure for the implementation of phase 2: growing the HR service offerings as well as the establishment of a training facility.  The Company’s aim is to have its Training Department accredited with TETA (Transport Education & Training Authority) by the end of May 2014.
